Kimani Mae is a romance author and screenwriter. As a writer, she hopes to contribute more black, queer and women centered stories to media and mainstream culture. When she’s not writing she’s either reading or asking about your birth chart. She is a 2022 WeScreenplay Diverse Voices Quarterfinalist and 2023 Atlanta Film Festival Short Screenplay Competition Quarterfinalist.
